HELD. - The evidence was sufficient for the verdict. A venire member who was a victim of a similar crime did not have to be excused for cause. The bailiffs contact with the jury did not deny Jonas Sixth Amendment right to a jury. Minor omissions from the transcript did not require a new trial. Absent a showing of actual bias, the trial Judge was not required to recuse himself.
